Eligibility

From 2025, nationals of all visa-exempt countries must hold a valid UK ETA for stays under 6 months.

Yes. All GCC citizens are eligible for and required to hold a UK ETA. The ETA replaced the old UK Electronic Visa Waiver.

British and Irish citizens, those with valid UK visas or immigration status, and certain airside transit passengers.

2 years or until passport expiry, whichever comes first. Unlimited trips, each up to 6 months.

Tourism, family visits, business meetings, short courses, transit. Not permitted: working, living, or full degree study.

Yes. The ETA is linked to your passport number. A new passport means a new ETA application.

Pricing & refunds

Both plans include the UK Gov fee (£20), expert review, submission, and support. Standard £90, Priority £99. No hidden charges.

If refused due to our error, full service fee refund. The UK Gov fee (£20) is non-refundable by the Home Office in all cases.

Our service

No. We are an independent service. You can always apply directly at gov.uk/eta for just the £20 government fee.

Yes, completely legal. The ETA is still issued by the UK Home Office — we assist with completing and submitting the form.
